Our training program is the foundation and bedrock of our player's development. Our commitment to a standardized and goal-driven system for all ages and abilities is designed to track, evaluate, and elevate every player's progression from coach pitch to high school and, for some, college. Guided by our top-of-class coaches, our system ensures a transparent, objective, and consistent pathway to player improvement. Our ability to develop a player at any skill level or simply foster existing talent ensures our player's legacy is a beacon of consistency both on and off the field.
Because our core strength lies within our philosophies of inclusivity, a family's financial position does not limit our player's ability to improve. Thunder player's development and progression is only relative to her work effort and willingness to seize the opportunity.
